Mr. Jasper graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a degree in Aeronautical Science, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Montana and the State of Washington. Mr. Jasper has a practice emphasis in business, estate planning, real estate, employment, and probate law.
Mr. Jasper has experience working as a union representative under the Railway Labor Act, and has negotiated collective bargaining agreements and handled numerous union grievances and disciplinary matters. He is a member of the Trust, Estate, and Real Property sections of the Washington State Bar Association. A former pilot examiner and current member of the Army Reserve, he also holds a SECRET security clearance with the Department of Defense.
Mr. Jasper advises his business clients on a wide range of legal issues including drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial leases, structuring business transactions, and representing clients in day to day business matters. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the legal issues pertaining to corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
Mr. Jasper handles many aspects of real estate law and litigation with experience in boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, commercial and residential landlord/tenant claims, easement disputes, actions to quiet title, covenant disputes, contract disputes, and other real estate matters.
Mr. Jasper has experience with estate planning and with trust and probate administrations, including creating and terminating revocable and testamentary trusts.
